TERMS & POLICIES

Please read and understand our policy, terms and conditions.

Fishing, hiking, beach combing are physically demanding activities which may pose a risk to those with heart or respiratory conditions, pregnant women, and others who may not be capable of strenuous activity. We travel to remote wilderness areas many miles from medical help. Please consider this seriously before you book a trip.

SERVICES:

All terms, policy and conditions apply, whether bookings are done via a third party or directly with us. We highly recommend you book directly with us, Legacy Adventures.

Request a quote or book through Fish Central fishcentral.net

BOOKING POLICY:

If you would like to make a reservation, please call Captain Bill at (907) 500-4494.

All reservations must be confirmed on the phone and secured with a 20% deposit. The reservation can be secured by major credit card (3% credit card fee applies). Full payment for the adventure, minus the deposit is collected on the day of the trip. We accept cash, money order or credit card (3% fee applies).

HEALTH CONCERNS:

The trips offered by Legacy Adventures are adventure travel – whether it be boat fishing, beach combing, hiking or sightseeing there is an assumption of risk, and all guests will be required to sign an assumption of risk form prior to participation. Any guest that has health concerns or disabilities it is their responsibility to advise captain Bill, so he is able to safely accommodate those needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We collect a 20% deposit to reserve your date and time. This deposit is non-refundable unless the fishing trip is cancelled by the captain due to bad weather or unforeseen boat problems.

If you think the weather is terrible, do not expect that your adventure is cancelled. Weather cancellations are at the discretion of the captain. In this event, we will contact you by phone, and if we are unable to contact you, we will still meet you on the dock as scheduled to

inform you of the cancellation.

All other cancellations forfeit the 20% deposit.

If the fishing/sightseeing trip is cancelled by the captain due to bad weather or boat problems, we will try to re-book your fishing/sightseeing trip for a better day if the customer’s schedule allows, otherwise we will cheerfully refund your entire 20% deposit.

Cancellations by customers with less than a 72-hour phone call notice and no shows at the dock by customers on the day of the adventure will be charged the full amount to their credit card for the adventure they have reserved.

When you reserve an adventure, we do not book anyone else for that day or time.
